PILATES FOR EVERY BODY HANDCRAFTED IN WEST ASHEVILLE
Real Bodies Pilates is a fully equipped, private studio nestled in a quiet neighborhood in West Asheville offering personalized attention in a welcoming environment. Together we build sessions that help you achieve your goals.
Sessions are rooted in Pilates repertoire on the Reformer, Tower, Combo chair, CoreAlign and supplemented with TRX, BOSU, kettlebells, and other Pilates props. This varied emphasis builds strength, flexibility, and balance. The work you do in the studio will flow into your daily life and support your activities—athletic to everyday— improving body awareness, alignment, mobility, strength, and reducing pain.
Weather permitting, windows and the large studio doors are open for additional ventilation. A HEPA air filter runs constantly.

about
Next steps
I’m a comprehensively certified BASI Pilates instructor who believes deeply in the power of mindful, joyful movement. Originally from Chicago, Ihave been a student of Pilates since the late 1990s and began my journey as a Pilates instructor in 2015.
I believe deeply that Pilates is for everyone and every body. My mission is to build an affordable community studio that is a welcoming, safe, judgement-free space to grow stronger, to explore and challenge yourself, or simply connect with your body in ways that empower you to move with more ease and joy.
When I’m not in the studio collaborating with clients, you can find me riding my mountain bike or exploring WNC with my husband and two dogs.
